个人简介

秦养民个人简介


秦养民,男,博士,副教授,生物地质与环境地质国家重点实验室研究人员,主要从事生态地理学、自然地理学和第四纪环境变化等领域的教学和科研工作,研究方向为亚高山泥炭湿地生态与环境变化、湖泊环境变化与人类活动、微型生物硅循环等

发现了4个新物种并绘制了关键物种的生物地理分布图。近年来在长江中游亚高山泥炭湿地环境重建、江汉平原近代以来湖泊环境变化与人类活动、亚洲地区泥炭湿地大尺度的微型生物与水位转换函数、土地利用及生态修复与生物硅循环,以及全球变暖背景下青藏高原湖泊微型生物多样性和硅循环等方面的研究取得了系列进展。

先后在美国里海大学(Lehigh University)和瑞士纳莎泰尔大学(University of Neuchatel)学习和访问。曾获湖北省优秀博士论文奖等奖励。主持或参与国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家自然科学基金重点项目,中国地质大学“地学长江计划”,教育部高等学校博士学科点专项科研基金、中国博士后科学基金项目等10余项。在国际权威学术期刊发表论文40余篇,2项成果被选为期刊封面论文。参编专著2部,参编教材1部,主编教材1部。担任Quaternary Science Reviews, Geoderma, Microbial Ecology, European Journal of Protistology等国际权威学术期刊的审稿人。
