主要从事岩浆铜镍硫化物矿床、层状岩体的成矿作用及相应岩浆过程的研究，重点通过热力学模拟、流体动力学和地球化学动力学等不同的维度来探究和扩展岩浆矿床的成矿模型。目前的研究兴趣点在于硫化物在动态岩浆体系内的动力学运移过程和岩浆侵位机制及过程。
