Geomicrobiology Laboratory No. B303

State Key Laboratory of Biogeology and Environmental Geology

Future City Campus

China University of Geosciences (Wuhan)

RESEARCH INTERESTS

My research interests mainly focus on geomicrobiology in saline lakes. Specifically, I devoted to reveal the impacts of environmental and climatic change on microbial community assembly and its biogeochemical cycling processes in saline lakes and their underlying mechanisms of microbiology.

The abovementioned studies have been published in diverse international journals, such as The ISME JournalGeophysical Research LetterGeochimica et Cosmochimica Acta, Journal of Geophysical Research: BiogeosciencesFEMS Microbiology EcologySCIENCE CHINA Life Sciences etc.

Key words: Geomicrobiology, saline lakes, microbial geochemistry, microbial ecology, bioinformatics
