Research Interests

My teaching and research interests are primarily in fundamental processes of and substances (groundwater, air, and chemicals) and energy transport in geological formations, and their applications in water resources management and geological, environmental, and petroleum engineering. In particular, the aims are to solve scientific problems in hydrogeology, environmental science and engineering, and ecology fields, such as: water resources assessment,  spatiotemporal evolution of water quality, energy migration process (or heat transport), and its environmental ecological effects and human health problems.
