李远耀，男，博士，副研究员。主要从事地质工程领域的科研与教学工作，具有工程地质学、水文地质学和岩土工程专业多学科背景。近年来，主要在我国南方地区，特别是三峡库区、武陵山区和东南沿海地区开展地质灾害与生态修复等方向的研究工作，先后作为项目负责或技术负责人承担国家地质调查项目、国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划、三峡库区地质灾害重大专项等科研项目30多项。在国内外学术期刊上公开发表论文60余篇，作为主编、副主编出版学术著作（含教材）5部。研究生招生专业方向为：地质资源与地质工程（081800）、资源与环境(085700)。
