胡兆初 1978.12.22, 教授,博士生导师。地质过程与矿产资源国家重点实验室副主任。英国皇家化学学会会士(Fellow

    2006年毕业于西北大学获地球化学博士学位。2006-2008年在中国地质大学(武汉)地质过程与矿产资源国家重点实验室做博士后的研究工作。出站后留校任教。《岩矿测试》编委,《地球科学》副主编,《Journal of Earth Science》》副主编,《Atomic Spectroscopy》副主编,《Journal of Analytical Atomic Spectrometry》编委, Geostandards and Geoanalytical Research》编委(2017-2019)

  长期从事激光微区原位元素和同位素分析、地质样品前处理、标准物质研发以及大陆地壳化学成分方面研究。

  入选或获得万人计划科技创新领军人才国家杰出青年科学基金、万人计划青年拔尖人才支持计划、国家自然科学优秀青年基金、教育部新世纪优秀人才支持计划、霍英东教育基金会高等学校青年教师基金等人才计划。2008年获得陕西省高等学校科学技术奖一等奖以及陕西省科学技术奖二等奖(排名第二)。2010年获中国地质学会第十二届青年地质科技奖银锤奖。2012年获第十四届侯德封矿物岩石地球化学青年科学家奖。2013年获第十一届湖北省青年科技奖。2016年获湖北省青年五四奖章。他现是中国地质大学(武汉)优秀青年教师特色学科团队微区地球化学创新方法研究的负责人。主持国家自然科学基金7项。获得国家发明专利授权8项。在Journal of Analytical Atomic SpectrometryChemical GeologyAnalytical ChemistryGeostandards and Geoanalytical ResearchGeochimica et Cosmochimica Acta等上发表第一作者和通讯作者SCI论文57篇,其中有50篇第一作者和通讯作者的论文发表在影响因子大于3的国际SCI刊物上。第一作者/通讯作者SCI论文共被SCI他引1701次。和他人合作共计发表SCI论文230篇。H-index因子为43
