Abstract:- D- Glucose in serum was oxidized by the oxygen dissolved in solution with the catalysis of glucose oxidase based on its high selectivity to glucose. We used the ion chromatography to determine the production, D- glucose acid and then the concentration of glucose in serum could be quantitatively determined through a standard working curve with a linear range of 1. 00~ 90. 00 mg/L. A new method has been developed to determine the glucose in serum.
