何勇,男,1969年生,湖南汨罗人。教育部“长江学者”特聘教授,国家杰出青年科学基金获得者,国家“万人计划”领军人才,科技部中青年科技创新领军人才,享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家。中国地质大学(武汉)自动化学院二级教授、博士生导师。《IEEE Transactions on Industrial Electronics》、《Journal of the Franklin Institute》、《Control Theory and Technology》和《控制与决策》等期刊副主编或编委,IEEE高级会员;湖北省自动化学会常务理事、中国自动化学会控制理论专业委员会委员、中国自动化学会信息物理系统控制与决策专业委员会委员、中国指挥与控制学会群集智能与协同控制专业委员会常务委员。

1987年进入中南工业大学(中南大学)学习,1991年和1994年毕业于中南工业大学应用数学专业,分别获得学士和硕士学位;2004年毕业于中南大学控制理论与控制工程专业,获工学博士学位。1994年硕士毕业后留校任教至20148月,20149月调入中国地质大学(武汉)。其中,20051月到20063月在新加坡国立大学进行博士后研究;20063月到20071月受英国Levelhulme Trust基金资助,在英国格拉摩根大学进行博士后研究;20091月在香港大学访问;20132月至7月作为高级研究学者,在澳大利亚墨尔本大学从事国际合作研究。

2006年入选教育部“新世纪优秀人才支持计划”;2007年获第13届“关肇直奖”、全国优秀博士学位论文提名奖和湖南省优秀博士学位论文,入选中南大学“升华学者”特聘教授;2008年获湖南省杰出青年科学基金资助;2011年获国家杰出青年科学基金资助,入选湖南省“芙蓉学者”特聘教授,获湖南省自然科学一等奖;2012年入选教育部“长江学者”特聘教授,成为享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家;2013年获国家自然科学二等奖;2014年入选科技部中青年科技创新领军人才;2016年入选中组部第二批国家“万人计划”领军人才;2014年-2017年、20192021-2023年入选汤森路透(科睿唯安)全球高被引科学家,2014年-2022年入选爱思唯尔中国高被引学者。

长期从事先进控制理论及应用研究,主持国家杰出青年科学基金、国家自然科学基金、国家863计划等国家和省部级科研项目12项。出版著作5部,授权国家发明专利10项,发表学术论文200余篇,SCI收录180篇;发表论文被SCI他引15000余次,先后35篇论文进入ESI1%高被引论文,1篇论文获国际控制领域顶级刊物《AutomaticaMost Cited Article 2006-2010奖。培养博士和硕士研究生毕业近30人,出站博士后3人,其1人获中国自动化学会优秀博士学位论文,1获中国电子学会优秀博士学位论文,3人获湖南省优秀博士学位论文,3人获湖南省优秀硕士学位论文,1名博士研究生获教育部博士研究生学术新人奖。
