董志文,中国地质大学(武汉)地理与信息工程学院教授、博士生导师,获国家优秀青年科学基金资助,研究方向为青藏高原冰冻圈环境和地表过程,包括高原冰冻圈-大气环境遥感,冰川流域地表环境过程,生物地球化学循环的示踪研究,开展青藏高原环境中关键污染物和重金属元素及同位素的迁移扩散过程、时空分布、传输循环和环境地球化学效应研究。主持国家自然科学基金项目、科技部重点研发子课题、中科院项目、甘肃省重点基金等10多项;参与中科院绿色丝绸之路先导专项、二次青藏高原科考等,入选中国地质大学“学科骨干”、甘肃省领军人才等称号、以及中科院特聘研究员骨干岗位等,获省部级自然科学奖一等奖等和2014年度中科院百篇优秀博士学位论文奖、中科院院长优秀奖、卢嘉锡优秀博士奖学金、刘东生地球科学奖等。以第一/通讯作者在Earth-Science Reviews、Environmental Science & Technology 、Geophysical Research Letters、JGR-Atmospheres、 JGR-Earth Surface、Global and Planetary Change 、Journal of Hazardous Materials、Science Bulletin、科学通报、地理学报等期刊发表论文60多篇,被Nature Geosciences、Nature Reviews Earth & Environment、GRL等引用1580多次,多篇文章入选热点论文。参编中英文专著5部。
多次开展国际合作与交流,参加2017年罗马举办的中国-意大利双边气溶胶合作会议和2019年度蒙大拿Flathead中-美基金委双边冰冻圈交流会议,国际地球化学大会Goldschmidt 2022 Conference夏威夷年会,京港交流中心"大气环境、极端天气与健康国际会议"(香港浸会大学);2017-2018年度德国科隆大学地球物理与气象研究所访问学者,多次参加AGU和EGU年会。兼任Fundamental Research,The Innovation Geoscience,Frontiers in Environmental Sciences,Journal of Earth Science(地球科学)、冰川冻土等期刊编委或青年编委,担任Nature Communication、ESR、EST等期刊审稿人。目前已培养指导硕博士研究生16名,研究生10多次获得优秀毕业生、“国家奖学金”和“中科院院长优秀奖”、“卢嘉锡优秀研究生奖学金”等。同时,兼任本科生地理科学班级的班主任、大学生创新创业训练项目指导老师等,指导本科生10余人开展产学研和大创项目、本科毕业设计等。
