1. Bioaerosol single particle real time analysis
The biological, physical, chemical and optical properties of fluorescence particles and their applications in environmental science and engineering, especially in LIF (laser induced fluorescence) instrument (e.g. SIBS (Spectral Intensity Bioaerosol Sensor)) to development and the use of elastic light scattering and intrinsic fluorescence based technology to probe biofluorophore particles properties. The SIBS records time-resolved fluorescence lifetime. While, the fluorescence lifetime of most biofluorophores are targets for bioaerosol detection. Researches about WIBS (Wideband Integrated Bioaerosol Sensor) are also included.
Biofluorophore particles related with bioaerosol pollution emission in WWTPs, constructed wetlands, and other biological wastewater treatment process, as well as waste landfill site, soil remediation site, and reclaimed water reuse process.
Biofluorophore particles (bioaerosol) emission detection in small scale scenarios, e.g. WWTPs, by using SIBS (Spectral Intensity Bioaerosol Sensor).
