张发勇，中国地质大学（武汉）地理与信息工程学院副教授、硕士生导师；中国测绘地理信息学会智慧城市工作委员会委员。研究方向包括时空大数据、城市地下管线、城市地质、GIS及其应用。主持或参与科研项目来自国家“863”计划、国家科技支撑计划、国土资源部、信息产业部等众多项目。获得过国家科技进步二等奖2次、湖北省科技进步一等奖2次、测绘科技进步二等奖次，项目多次被中国地理信息协会评为优秀工程，曾获得湖北省信息产业系统先进工作者称号。在国内外发表学术论文近30篇。
