特任教授,博士生导师,空间信息系党支部书记,国家级一流本科专业建设负责人(地理信息科学),中国测绘学会智能化测绘工作委员会委员,主要从事时空数据挖掘、地图综合以及大模型等研究,获评湖北省楚天学者计划、湖北省优秀博士学位论文、地大学者(青年拔尖人才),连续三年入选(2022-2024年)全球前2%顶尖科学家榜单(美国斯坦福大学发布)。本科、博士毕业于武汉大学地图制图学与地理信息工程专业。共承担国家自然科学基金3项(基金委对青年项目结题考核优秀)、湖北省自然科学基金2项(湖北省面上结题考核优秀)、GF快速转化项目课题、国家重点研发项目外协课题、中央高校科研项目、海南省自然灾害风险评估与区划项目课题等,科研成果应用于主持的美团重点科研项目、武汉地空中心、武汉规划院、上海市大数据中心等横向委托项目以及GF型研项目等,成果获湖北日报等媒体重点报道;作为骨干成员参与国家863课题、国家自然科学基金重点项目、GF项目以及多项横向工程项目;获省部级科技进步二等奖2项、2023年地理信息科技进步奖一等奖、2024年第一季度“Wiley威立中国开放科学高贡献作者”,获批《地理信息系统原理》国家级线下一流本科课程。在IJGIS、ISPRS P&RS、IEEE TITS、TGIS、Information Sciences、PR等权威期刊上公开发表论文60余篇(独立作者8篇),其中第一作者ESI高被引论文(前1%)1篇、中文高被引论文2篇即“领跑者5000--中国精品科技期刊顶尖学术论文”(被引次数分别排名《测绘学报》所有论文第2、《武汉大学学报•信息科学版》所有论文第2--2015年-至今,中国知网统计数据)、《测绘学报》优秀学术论文2篇(2017年、2020年),三篇论文入选中国知网《学术精要数据库》发布的2011年—2022年高影响力论文(即“高被引、高下载、高PCSI”学科前1%论文),担任SCI期刊PLOS ONE编委会成员以及IJGIS、TGIS等期刊评审专家,授权/申请专利8项,软件著作权1项。获评中国地质大学2020年本科教学卓越团队奖(“地理信息类”课程教学团队)。一项关于武汉市疫情的科技咨询建议获省委领导批示---“禹文豪,关庆锋,王绍强,管梦林,陈玉洁。关于优化武汉市重症(慢性)疾病定点药店布局,缓解患者购药难题建议,2020年3月13日”。
