袁硕果,毕业于香港理工大学获博士学位,主要研究方向是二维铁电材料与器件、半导体材料与器件等。近年来,在Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., Adv. Funct. Mater., Mater. Sci. Eng. R, J. Am. Chem. Soc., Nano Lett.等学术期刊发表SCI论文数十篇,多次被Nature, Science, Nat. Rev. Mater.等知名学术期刊和科技媒体网站报道引用,其中4篇ESI高被引论文,多篇论文被选为封面或精选论文。获授权美国专利1项,中国发明专利4项。主持或参与国家重点研发计划课题等多项科研项目。担任Nat. Nanotechnol., Nat. Commun., Adv. Mater., Energy Environ. Sci.等学术期刊审稿人,Nano-Micro Lett., Front. Phy., J. Adv. Dielectr., Microstructures等期刊青年编委,中国仪表功能材料学会电子元器件关键材料与技术专委会常务委员,在国内外学术会议做邀请报告20余次。
