2. 利用微生物标志物、同位素和DNA高通量测序揭示地质(地理)环境中微生物生物地理、生态及其对环境的适应机制;

3. 利用第四纪黄土-古土壤、泥炭、湖泊中微生物脂类化合物重建古温度、降雨量、干湿程度变化,揭示东亚季风区、西风带、印度季风区气候变化规律。

4. 微生物储碳和温室气体排放。

5. 研究液相色谱对有机化合物的分离、制备和鉴定。

Research Focus

  • 1.主要从事洞穴石笋、黄土-古土壤、现代表层土壤和湖泊中地质微生物脂类和同位素,尤其是古菌和细菌细胞膜脂类GDGTs的研究,用以挖掘地质历史时期,尤其是第四纪以来的黄土、石笋和湖泊沉积物等地质载体中独立的古温度、古降雨量信号。
