中国地质大学(武汉)地理与信息工程学院教授,博士生导师,地表过程与可持续发展创新研究中心主任,担任国际大气环境遥感学会理事、中国遥感应用协会定量遥感专委会、生态环境遥感专委会委员、中国环境信息系统与遥感专业委员会委员、《遥感学报》、《武汉科技大学学报》编委等。

主要从事环境遥感研究,包括大气环境遥感反演算法、深度学习遥感、GIS开发与应用,致力于研究人工智能与物理模型的集成方法,研发卫星遥感探测新技术、时空大数据新模型,GIS大数据平台开发与应用等

主持国家自然科学基金项目3项,重点基金课题1项、国家重点研发计划子课题、部委及省市业务部门技术开发应用课题20余项;在JGR、GRL、RSE、TGRS、ACP等国际主流期刊发表SCI论文60余篇,被Nature Communication, PNAS等相关期刊SCI引用2000余次,作为技术骨干研发的空气质量卫星监测系统已在国家生态环境部卫星中心、北京市、湖北省环境监测中心等业务单位运行;2020年入选武汉黄鹤英才计划,担任JGR、GRL、ACP、RSE、IEEE TGRS、STOTEN等大气和遥感期刊的审稿人,获省部级奖励1项,参编专著两部
