个人简介Personal Profile
孙剑,副教授,硕士生导师。2008年至2012年在新加坡国立大学攻读博士和从事博士后研究。2014年入选湖北省楚天学者人才计划。主要研究方向为半导体器件及储能系统的基础研究。
相关研究成果以第一或者通讯作者发表在ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces、Nanoscale等重要专业学术杂志上,近30篇;授权国家专利5项;主持科研项目包括:国家自然科学基金项目、广东省自然科学基金、湖北省自然科学基金、教育部科技项目留学回国人员科研启动基金、中央高校基金军民融合专项项目、中央高校基本科研业务费专项资金杰出人才培育基金、湖北省高等学校青年教师深入企业行动计划项目、湖北省首批中小微企业“科技副总”。
