孙福宁,男,山东济宁人,中国地质大学(武汉)长聘副教授,国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目B类(原优青)获得者。
2022年12月获南京大学地质学博士学位,2023年2月-2025年2月在中国地质大学(武汉)开展博士后研究,2025年2月留地质微生物与环境全国重点实验室任长聘副教授,现为谢树成院士领导的分子地球生物学团队(http://www.geobiology.cn/home)成员。
主要从事地质微生物与温室气体甲烷循环的研究,探究地质微生物对地球重大环境转型的影响。研究成果以第一作者在PNAS、Nature Communications、Geology(2篇)等期刊发表,入选全国博士后创新人才支持计划,获得湖北省博士后创新研究岗位资助,获评江苏省优秀博士学位论文,主持国家自然科学基金青年科学基金项目B类、C类和博士后科学基金面上项目,参与国家重点研发计划项目。
研究方向
以脂类和同位素地球化学为技术手段,探究甲烷的深时生物地球化学循环及其气候-生态效应,为理解全球变暖情景下温室气体-气候变化-生态危机之间的复杂关系提供借鉴。

代表性成果
在深时湖泊甲烷“识别标识-气候效应-生态效应”这一创新链条上,取得代表性成果如下:
1. 识别标识:发现了产甲烷古菌的化石与产甲烷作用的矿物与同位素记录,构建了示踪产甲烷的地质-地球化学标识(Sun et al., 2021 Geology; 2024 GSA Bulletin; 2021 Marine and Petroleum Geology);
2. 气候效应:发现了湖泊甲烷排放对晚古生代大冰期结束的贡献(Sun et al., 2022 Nature Communications; 2022 Organic Geochemistry),揭示了盐湖和淡水环境对古新世-始新世极热事件的差异性响应与反馈过程,阐明了甲烷对气候的影响(Sun et al., 2025 Geology );
3. 生态效应:发现了白垩纪温室期甲烷支撑的湖泊生态系统,确证了甲烷的生态功能及其机制(Sun et al., 2024 PNAS)。
