个人简介


长聘教授, 2026年获得国家级海外人才项目,湖北省BR人才项目资助。师从欧洲科学院院士、国际知名有机地球化学家Jaap Sinninghe Damsté教授。主要研究地质微生物演化及其与气候环境关系,开发了生物有机地球化学领域的非靶向脂质组学技术,在揭示地质微生物—环境互作方面取得重要进展。作为核心成员参与欧盟ERC-Microlipids等国际重大合作项目,在PNAS、Nature Communications、ISME J等国际专业期刊以第一或通讯作者发表多篇论文,被评价为“推动脂质组学进入新时代”。感兴趣的方向:微生物与环境互作机制,微生物在生物地球化学循环过程中扮演的角色,以及通过古今对比,研究地质微生物的演化及其与气候环境的关系。
