宋志明，讲师，主要从事星座设计、星座性能评估及在工程中的应用，以及智能优化算法在航天中的应用研究。对复杂航天问题的形式化体系描述及统一算法框架构建方面有比较深入的研究。公开发表论文7篇，其中SCI检索论文3篇，EI检索论文1篇，合作发表论文5篇。
