Personal Information

My research interests focus on high-resolution fault zone imaging and monitoring the properties of the shallow crust (top ~100 m) and integrate the heterogeneities of shallow structures to ground motion simulations for better seismic hazard evaluations. I’m also interested in the joint analysis of seismic data with other data sets, e.g. meteorological (temperature, pressure), pore pressure, and oceanic data, using advanced techniques (e.g. frequency-time analysis, machine learning) from different disciplines (e.g. seismology, computer sciences and civil engineering).Publication:[10] Qin, L., Qiu, H. & Ben-Zion, Y..
