牛晓瑞，河南鹤壁人，中国地质大学环境学院大气科学系特任教授，地大学者-青年拔尖人才。主要从事区域气候模拟及分析，未来气候预估等相关研究。目前已发表SCI论文十余篇，其中第一或通讯作者论文5篇。主持国家自然科学基金青年项目1项，以项目骨干身份参与国家重点研发计划1项，参加多个国际、国内自然科学基金。
