黄绍广，博士，中国地质大学（武汉）教授，博士生导师，湖北省“百人计划”青年学者，“地大学者”学科骨干人才，CSIG遥感图像专业委员会委员，中国地理信息产业协会委员，国际电气电子学会会员，中国自动化协会会员。2019年获比利时Ghent University工学博士学位，2019-2022年在比利时Ghent University通信与信息处理系从事博士后研究。长期从事高维信号处理、高光谱遥感影像处理、机器学习等方面的研究。主持比利时BOF、国家自然科学基金、中国博士后面上、“地大学者”人才计划等科研项目。目前在国际学术期刊和学术会议发表论文40余篇，ESI高被引论文2篇，获批美国发明专利1项、国家发明专利2项、软件著作权1项。获根特大学BOF特别资助奖、山东省高等学校优秀科研成果奖(自然科学类)一等奖等多项荣誉奖励。担任国际期刊Remote Sensing Lead Guest Editor，担任NeurIPS、ICLR、IEEE TCYB、IEEE TKDE、IEEE TCSVT、IEEE TGRS、IEEE TBioCAS、IEEE JSTARS、Pattern Recognition、Knowledge-Based Systems、Journal of Big Data、Remote Sensing、IEEE ICME、EUSIPCO等50多个国际期刊和会议审稿人。
