个人简介

顾西辉,博士,中国地质大学(武汉)特聘教授,博士生导师,科技部国家重点研发计划青年项目首席科学家,入选斯坦福全球前2%科学家榜单、自然资源部高层次科技创新人才工程。2012-2017年于中山大学硕博连读,在此期间,以研究助理(Research Assistant)的身份多次前往香港中文大学和香港浸会大学开展科学研究。2017年以“地大学者青年优秀人才”引进至中国地质大学(武汉),2021年晋升为“地大学者青年拔尖人才”,并以高级研究学者身份前往牛津大学开展为期两年的访问交流。长期以来致力于气候变化与灾害遥感领域的研究,耦合卫星遥感反演、物理模型模拟和深度学习方法,探索和解决碳循环的植被效应、水循环的洪旱效应等方面的科学和技术问题。目前已在Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences of the United States of America(PNAS)、Geophysical Research Letters、Journal of Climate、Journal of Geophysical Research-Atmosphere、Hydrology and Earth System Science、Journal of Hydrology等国际权威期刊发表学术论文100余篇,研究工作被Nature作为研究亮点专文报道、被Science等期刊论文引用超过3000次(https://www.researchgate.net/profile/Gu_Xihui2,8篇论文被IPCC AR6报告引用出版学术专著4部,申请/授权国家发明专利16项,登记计算机软件著作权40余项,获得省部级科技奖励2项。已主持"十四五"国家重点研发计划青年科学家项目、科技部国际合作重点项目、科技部高端外国专家引进项目、科技部国家重点研发计划专项项目(子课题)、国家自然科学基金青年/面上/重点(课题)项目、湖北省自然科学基金面上项目、湖北省科协智库项目等科研项目30余项。担任多个国际国内期刊(青年)编委、欧洲地球物理学会OSSP奖励评审专家、教育部和湖北省科技奖励评审专家、国家自然科学基金通讯评审专家等学术兼职。


研究兴趣

结合卫星遥感反演、物理模型模拟和深度学习方法,探索碳中和目标下碳循环的植被效应、水循环的洪旱效应
