范浩文，汉族，甘肃庆阳人，中共党员，中国地质大学（武汉）长聘副教授。2017年6月本科毕业于兰州大学地理系（地理学国家基地班），获理学学士学位；2022年6月毕业于兰州大学自然地理学专业，获理学博士学位，导师勾晓华教授。2022年7月在中国地质大学（武汉）从事博士后研究工作，合作导师胡超涌教授。
主要从事全球变化与区域响应研究，关注大气降水、洞穴石笋、树木年轮等载体同位素记录的水文气候相关研究。目前在Quaternary Science Reviews、Agricultural and Forest Meteorology、Journal of Hydrology、Paleoceanography and Paleoclimatology等国内外学术期刊发表论文15篇，其中以第一/通讯作者身份发表论文7篇。先后主持国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、中国博士后科学基金面上资助等项目4项，参与国家自然科学基金面上项目3项。
