个人简介Personal Profile

郑志副教授长期以来围绕新型一维或二维无机半导体纳米材料的制备,器件构筑及光电、生物应用等方面开展研究,取得了创新性成果。以第一作者或合作作者身份在Adv. Mater. 等国际著名期刊上发表 SCI 论文24篇,其中第一作者文章10篇,T1类文章9篇,影响因子大于10的文章6篇(Adv. Mater. (1), Adv. Funct. Mater. (2), Adv. Sci. (1), Nano Energy(1), Small (1))。发表的论文被引共达350次,单篇最高引用近100次。

  • 郑志副教授长期以来围绕新型一维或二维无机半导体纳米材料的制备,器件构筑及光电、生物应用等方面开展研究,取得了创新性成果:1) 材料设计方面,针对大面积超薄二维材料难以合成等问题,提出反转温度结晶液相或化学气相沉积合成新策略;2) 器件构筑上,针对二维材料转移及稳定性等问题,发展干法转移新方法制备器件;3) 器件应用方面,针对不同二维材料性能差异,开发柔性器件、光电器件及生物传感器件。
