郑世祺，男，1988年生，湖北武汉人。现为中国地质大学（武汉）自动化学院特任副教授。中国地质大学（武汉）地大学者-青年优秀人才计划入选者。
     主要研究方向为复杂系统的智能控制算法（基于神经网络与模糊逻辑）。同时也从事控制理论应用相关研究，如交流伺服电机系统控制，柔性欠驱动系统控制，无人机编队等。

   现主持一项青年国家自然科学基金（23万），中央高校杰出人才培育基金（20万）。在国际控制领域重要期刊上发表SCI论文20余篇，引用共100余次（research gate）。现担任多个外文期刊的审稿人，如Journal of the Franklin Institute，Int. J. Robust Non. Contr., ISA Transactions, IET Control Theory & Applications.
