徐海军，男，汉族，1978年2月生于湖北省老河口市，中共党员。1997—2008年就读于中国地质大学（武汉），相继获得地质学学士、构造地质学硕士和博士学位。2008年7月，留校任教，主要从事显微构造、大陆深部构造和岩石物理性质研究。2001-2005年，参加国家重大科学工程项目“中国大陆科学钻探工程”，主要负责岩石物性实验室的样品处理、测试分析和科技档案管理工作，获得“2002年度先进工作者称号”。作为骨干人员完成我校场发射环境扫描电镜（FEG-SEM）、电子背散射衍射（EBSD）、电制冷能谱仪（EDS）和高精度镀膜仪的招标和验收，并负责其应用开发、测试分析和日常管理维护工作。截至2021年，累计主持 4 项、参加 5 项国家自然科学基金项目；已公开发表学术论文60多篇，其中第一作者和通讯作者论文 19 篇（SCI检索 9 篇，EI检索 4 篇）。
