I mainly focus on unconventional and new energy resources, including but not limit to supercritical fluids, micro-nano porous media, adsorption & desorption, rock-fluid interactions. My project experiences include national key science & technology project, national natural science foundation, ACS petroleum research funding, and DOE office of fossil fuel projects. I first-authored and co-authored over 30 papers in Environmental Science & Technology, Chemical Engineering Journal, International Journal of Coal Geology, Marine Petroleum and Geology, Fuel, Energy & Fuels, and Fractals etc. And I gave over 20 oral and poster presentations in international conferences, like AGU, GSA, AAPG, and IMAGE etc. I chaired the sesstion of unconventional resources in GSA2023 South-Central Section Annual Meeting and was the early-career convener of the sesstion of unconventional resources in AGU2023 Fall Meeting.
