Dr. Tu Yinan is an Associate Professor and Associate Dean at the School of Public Administration, China University of Geosciences, and a Researcher at the Key Laboratory of Rule of Law Research (Ministry of Natural Resources). A specialist in transnational mining and natural resources law, her work explores critical mineral regulations and methodological innovations in mining law research.
Dr. Tu holds a Ph.D. from the Wuhan University Institute of International Law and served as a Visiting Scholar at Ohio State University's Moritz College of Law. Her academic portfolio includes leading 13 national and ministerial research grants, publishing one monograph and three textbooks, and authoring 25 articles in peer-reviewed journals. She is also a recipient of the 2022 Best Teacher Award and the 2021 Outstanding Thesis Supervisor Award.
