刘运德,男,湖南攸县人,工学博士,专聘教授,博士生导师。
主要从事环境水文地质与同位素水文学领域的教学和科研工作,主持国家自然科学基金、国家重点研发计划子课题、地调协作项目等科研项目10余项,发表相关学术论文40余篇,撰写教材与专著2部,获湖北省自然科学三等奖1项。
