蔺洁，中国地质大学（武汉）地质过程与矿产资源国家重点实验室副研究员，硕士生导师，壳幔交换与动力学团队骨干成员。2017年获得中国地质大学（武汉）地球化学专业博士学位。2017年在中国地质大学（武汉）资源学院任博士后，2020年任职于地质过程与矿产资源国家重点实验室，主要负责同位素分析测试方法开发。研究兴趣包括：1）地质样品中Li、Mg和O同位素微区原位分析方法开发；2）地质样品中Li和Mg同位素全岩分析方法开发；3）LA-MC-ICP-MS同位素分析参考物质研制；4）Hf同位素组成以及Lu-Hf同位素年代学分析方法开发。研究生、博士后及工作期间，在Analytical Chemistry、Geostandards and Geoanalytical Research 和Journal of Analytical Atomic Spectrometry等国际期刊发表第一作者及通讯作者论文11篇。2020年荣获IAG Young Scientist Award（国际地质分析家协会青年科学家奖）荣誉称号；中国检验检测学会测试装备分会专家组成员；《Journal of Earth Science》青年编委。
