瞿程凯，1988年生，湖北武汉人，博士，生物地质与环境地质国家重点实验室特任研究员，“地大百人计划”入选者。 

主要从事持久性有机污染物（POPs）的环境地球化学行为及其生态毒理与健康风险的研究。

具体研究方向包括：

1）大尺度环境（区域与流域）下，POPs污染现状、分布与演变趋势及其在各环境介质间的迁移转化机制；

2）POPs在食物链中的生物转移、累积与放大及其毒性机制与生态效应；

3）POPs降解与污染源控制技术原理研究；

4）新型大气被动采样技术的研发。

与意大利、西班牙等地及国内相关的课题组保持着长期的合作。
